Tariffs include hearty self-catering breakfast. Complimentary wine awaits you in your cottage.
Cancellation Policy:
- For bookings cancelled within 28 days of due arrival date, refund of the deposit is subject to the cottage being re-booked for the total tariff & period.
- For bookings cancelled within 14 days of due arrival date, deposits are non-refundable.
- Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of due arrival date will incurr a fee of 100% of the tariff.
- All cancelled bookings will incur an administration fee of $30.00 per cottage deducted from all refunds.
Please Note:
- Minimum stays apply: 2 nights at weekends; 3 nights on long weekends.
- Check-in from 2.00pm.
- Check-out by 10.30am. Late Check-out by prior arrangement only & subject to availability as follows: per cottage - 1st hour or part thereof $50, 2nd hour or part thereof $60; 3rd hour or part thereof full additional night's rate.
Cook Your Own BBQ Hampers Available - $25 per person
Hampers include:
- One of the following meats... Steak, or Pork Loin Chops, or Lamb Loin Chops, or Marinated Chicken Breast
- Gourmet Sausages
- Salad with Dressing
- Potatoes
- Bread Roll
- Surprise Desert

50% deposit is required to confirm the booking, the balance is due on arrival.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Bankcard and cash or cheque by prior arrangement.
Tariffs are inclusive of GST.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Breakfast provisions and complimentary wine are supplied to guests on arrival.
All linen, bedding and bath towels are supplied for paying guests (note: towels for swimming are not supplied)
"NO SMOKING" is permitted inside the cottages.
Cottages are self-catering and should be left as found.
Any washing up or putting away of crockery, glasses, cutlery etc on your departure will incur an additional charge $30.00.
