Location
Olive Grove Cottages is just a short drive from Sydney and Newcastle and we have some of the most wonderful attractions in the area for everyone, from food and wine to scenic countryside with magnificent golf courses, as well as hot-air ballooning, horse riding, galleries, gardens and much more.
From Sydney
Follow the F3 north and take the Cessnock turnoff (approximately 100 kms from Wahroonga).
Follow the signs to Cessnock, turn right into the main street, Vincent St, and follow it to the end.
Turn left at the lights and then immediately turn right (go passed McDonalds)
After the Tourist Office, turn left into Broke Road (go passed Peterson's Champagne House) and follow Broke Rd to a T-intersection, soon after Pokolbin Village.
Turn left and immediately turn right (this is still Broke Rd). Continue along Broke Rd for approximately 4 minutes, going passed the Hunter Valley Gardens, Harrigan's Irish Pub, and Tyrell's Winery, and then take the first right after Oakvale Winery into Hermitage Road.
Olive Grove Cottages is approximately 6 kms along on the left-hand side of the road (past The Casuarina Restaurant and just beyond the Mill Restaurant and Hunter Resort but before the "Splash" and "Margan" Restaurants).
From Newcastle
Follow the New England Hwy and turn left at Hermitage Road, approximately 7 kms beyond Branxton.
Olive Grove Cottages is approximately 5 km on the right-hand side of the road (just beyond and opposite Splash Restaurant).
From Singleton
At Belford turn right into Hermitage Road, approximately 6 kms beyond the Golden Highway/New England Highway intersection.
